Working out and eating right are essential to caring for our physical bodies and our mental health. We engage in reading and studying to keep our minds sharp. What about our Spirituality? How do we engage the spirit and strengthen our faith so it is strong for times in life when needed most. Just like our bodies need to be strong to heal from illness or stressful activities, our spiritual strength is required for those difficult times in life.
